Mobile boiler room systems.

We offer custom-made mobile boiler rooms with Granpal Eco and Granpal Medium boilers up to 500 kW, designed for burning various types of biomass.

1. Boiler Granpal Eco (with power from 15 kW to 150 kW) - designed to burn dry biomass with a moisture content up to 15%, such as: wood pellets, straw pellets, grain cereals (eg. oats) production wastes (eg. fruit seeds, nut shells, sunflower husks).

2. Boiler Granpal Medium (with power from 200 kW to 600 kW) - offered in three types:

• designed to burn dry biomass with a moisture content up to 25%, such as: wood pellets, straw pellets, grain cereals (eg. oats) production wastes (eg. fruit seeds, nut shells, sunflower husks).

• designed to burn dry biomass with a moisture content up to 50%, such as: wood chips, sawdust, shredded wood waste;

• designed to burn shredded straw with maximum moisture content up to 25%.​

Elements of boiler room equipment:

• container or base of mobile container system;

• control cabinet;

• ash removing system with ash container;

• boiler Granpal Eco or Granpal Medium (o mocy do 500 kW);

• conveyor transporting fuel to combustion chamber with back fire protection;

• conveyor transporting fuel from storage to the boiler;

• fuel storage;

• pipe - work system (pumps, mixing, valves, insulation etc...);

• accumulation tanks;

• electrical system with connection of all devices to the control cabinet and light.
